COMPCOOLER Motorcyclist Tank Pack Solo ICE Cooling System 3.5L Includes a Tubing-Lined Mesh Cooling Vest 12V DC

Model: COMP-MTBS-1235-MCV

Product details

Stay cool, comfortable, and focused when riding on those hot summer days. Cooling energy comes from freezing the removable 3.5-liter ice bladder or ice cubes.  Expect 3 to 5 hours of cooling performance depending on ambient conditions and user workload.

Breathable, zippered, tubing-lined, soft mesh liquid cooling vest is comfortable to wear against the skin. Sides adjustment tabs provide a snug fit for max thermal transfer.

A tank pack that houses a removable 3.5-liter ice bladder and circulation pump comes equipped with straps for secure attachment to the oil tank. It connects the liquid cooling vest with tubing, turn switch “on” and pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the ice chest and vest.

Power is derived from the motorcycle battery 12V DC using the supplied power cord. Operation voltage range is from 12 to 16.8V DC.

Flow control pump allows the user to select three flow rates for coolant circulation, giving the user more control over the system performance depending on current workload and ambient temperatures. Additional ice containers can be purchased and used for prolonged cooling periods. This water-based cooling system is both safe to use and environmentally friendly.

Model Model: COMP-MTBS-1235-MCV, Smart, safety-conscious motorcyclist’s wear protective clothing, like leather, and during the warmer months of the year that can get uncomfortably hot. That’s where Compcooler can help with its cooling system specifically designed for motorcyclists.  It combines a tubing-lined vest with a liquid cooling system housed in a tank pack to form a tethered thermal regulation device. The vest is a highly engineered breathable mesh garment that weighs a mere 0.5KG (1.1 lbs.), dry weight. It consists of a soft mesh outer fabric and inner liner which is easy to don and comfortable to wear against the body. Sides adjustment tabs provide a snug fit for max thermal transfer. Available in sizes XS/S, M/L, L/2XL, 3XL/4XL. The liquid cooling system is a separate tank pack that weighs 1.5KG (3.3 lbs.), dry weight.  It contains a 3.5-liter removable ice bladder, circulation pump, power source, and flow control switch.  When operating, it’s audible output is 45dBA.  Cooling energy is provided by freezing the water in the ice bladder.  Power is derived from the motorcycle battery using the supplied power cord.  To operate the system, connect the vest tubing to the tank pack by using the quick-connect fittings.  Turn the switch ‘On’ and the pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the ice bladder and vest.  Users can expect a cooling duration anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on ambient temperatures and workload. 3 settings for regulating coolant flow allow the User minimize or maximize their ice energy.  Low flow produces less cooling and conserves ice.  High flow produces more cooling for a shorter period. Additional ice bladder can be purchased for prolonged cooling.  Ice cubes can also be used for prolonged cooling, although the cooling time will be lessened.
