COMPCOOLER Univest ICE Water Self-Contained Cooling System Fire Resistant Flow Control 3.0L Bladder

COMP-UICS-7430-FC-FROR

Operation Manual for Univest ICE Water Cooling System

 Key Features:

The tubing-lined liquid cooling vest and self-contained backpack circulation unit are conjoined to form a single and inseparable thermal regulation system. Perfect for those hot jobs where freedom of movement is necessary.

Circulates 36°F-68°F (2℃ – 20℃) cooled water to a tubing-lined liquid cooling vest. Reduce core body temperature and the incidence of thermal stress while increasing comfort, safety, focus and endurance.

The 3.0-liter water/ice bladder, rechargeable battery and miniature pump within the integrated backpack make this a self-contained and portable cooling system. The bladder is easily detached with quick-connect fittings, filled with water and frozen. This serves as the cold energy source, providing 2-4 hours of cooling performance.

Allows the user to select three flow rates for coolant circulation, giving the user more control over the system performance depending on current workload and ambient temperatures.

Breathable, zippered, tubing-lined garment is comfortable to wear against the skin. Fire resistant fabric specifically designed for industrial personal cooling application.

Additional bladders and batteries can be purchased and used for prolonged cooling periods. This water-based cooling system is both safe to use and environmentally friendly.

Model COMP-UICS-7430-FC-FROR.  Just because it’s hot outside doesn’t mean you can’t work or enjoy your activities.  With the Compcooler Univest Ice Water Cooling System you can work cooler, safer and stay focused for longer periods of time.   This self-contained thermal regulation system combines a tubing-lined vest with an integral (permanently attached) backpack that houses the liquid cooling system.  Available in sizes XS/S, M/L, XL/2XL, 3XL/4XL, the vest is a highly engineered Univest system that weighs a mere 1.0KG (2.2 lbs.), dry weight. It consists of a breathable and waterproof Nylon fabric and inner mesh liner which is easy to don and comfortable to wear against the body.  The liquid cooling system is contained in an integral backpack includes a 3.0-liter removable water/ice bladder, miniature circulation pump, 7.4V 2200mAh rechargeable battery, and flow control switch.  When operating, it’s audible output is 45dBA.  Cooling energy is provided by removing the bladder from the system, filling it with water and placing it in a freezer.  Once frozen, the bladder is easily re-attached to the system, and with a charged battery pack, Users turn the switch ‘On’ and the pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the bladder and vest. 3 settings for regulating coolant flow lets the User minimize or maximize their ice energy.  Low flow produces less cooling and conserves ice.  High flow produces more cooling for a shorter period. Depending on ambient temperatures and workload, Users can expect a cooling duration anywhere from 2 to 4 hours with a fully frozen bladder or 1 to 3 hours using ice cubes in the bladder.  The battery can last up to 10 hours.  Additional bladders and battery packs can be purchased for prolonged cooling.
